Technical Support
MailGuard provides the highest level of technical support to all users and partners through our locally-based Service Desk.
There are three common ways in which you can engage our Service Desk. Please choose whichever option suits you best:
- Phone - Our Service Desk hotline is 1300 30 65 10. In line with our Service Level Agreement (SLA) MailGuard Service Desk staff are available 24 hours a day.
- Email - We are also happy to manage any requests via email. Your email will automatically establish your request within our service system and will be handled by our service desk team.
- MailGuard Console - As a MailGuard user or partner, you can also make any request via the Support Tab on the MailGuard console. As with an email, your request will be established within our system and dealt with immediately by our service desk team.
