MailGuard provides a high level of technical support to both our clients and partners. Our service desk is available to provide assistance during normal business hours (8:30am to 5:30pm AEST), with after hours emergency support available through our on call engineers.
To contact our service desk engineers, please use one of the following options:
Support Ticket
As a MailGuard client, the most efficient way to request assistance from our technical team is to create a support ticket from your login to the MailGuard Management Console.
Our MailGuard service desk also accepts support tickets received by email to support@mailguard.com.au. Your request will automatically generate a ticket within our support system to be handled by our engineers.
