Service Provider Programs
Typically MailGuard’s MSP partners are either ISPs or offering their own managed services where they are billing their clients on a regular basis and want to offer the MailGuard range of products as part of their overall offering. With this model the MSP can choose whether or not they want to host their own servers running the MailGuard applications and integrate with their billing engine or be a “non hosting” MSP and leverage MailGuard’s infrastructure where MailGuard will provide the MSP with a monthly CSV file of the billing details. In both cases the MSP must be responsible for billing and supporting their customers for the MailGuard products offered.
As you would expect to qualify as a MSP partner there are a few pre-requisites required to make sure that the partnership arrangement is profitable for both parties and that the customers are able to be adequately supported.
