What is MailGuard ManagedMail?

ManagedMail is a mailbox service whereby all of your email may be delivered directly to mailboxes at MailGuard, rather than maintaining a dedicated mail server on-site, or using your ISP's mail server. ManagedMail may be accessed by your existing email software (such as Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird, Eudora etc), Webmail or IMAP, but has the added benefit that it is fully protected by MailGuard's business grade anti-virus and anti-spam technology.

ManagedMail allows you to securely access your email whether in the office, at home, or on the run with the peace of mind that it will always only contain the email that you really want! For distributed businesses such as franchise groups, we are also able to offer a branded (or skinned) version of ManagedMail for your organisation to reflect your colours and image in the Webmail service.

Managing ManagedMail

ManagedMail is managed through a web interface that is only accessible to the administrator in your business.
This interface allows the administrator to perform simple functions such as adding and deleting users as well as changing passwords and monitoring mailbox size quotas.
